Aid Station Food & Hydration

Here's what you can expect:

We’ll have a variety of sweet and salty snacks served individually — think chips, pretzels, cookies, and more. You’ll also find water, hydration mix, and limited quantities of mini Coca-Cola cans to help power you through those tough miles.

Some items will be handed out on-the-go by our awesome aid station volunteers, while others will require you to stop briefly at the table.

For Bike Racers 🚴‍♂️

Aid #1 - 5.3mi - Top of Wild Rose

Aid #2 - 10mi - Bottom of Ridge

Aid #3 - 12mi - End of Cow Creek Rd

Aid #4 - 18.4mi - Top of Beall (same location as Aid #1)

Aid #5 - 26mi - After Finish Line, space is available here for full course athletes to stage a personal cooler or bag.

All bike day aid stations are full aid stations. We’ll have pre-filled water bottles ready for handoff as you pass through aid stations. You'll find a variety of snacks incuding Sport Gels, fruit, cookies, chips, crackers.

  • Volunteers will do their best to hand them off on-the-go — please slow down to safely grab yours.

  • If you’re ditching an empty bottle, toss it near the aid station for collection.

  • Pro tip: Don’t bring your favorite bottle — anything left behind may not make its way back to you.

  • Prefer to refill your own? No problem — we’ll have bulk water and hydration mix jugs on-site.

For Runners 🏃‍♀️

Hydration stations will be stocked with water and hydration mix, and our volunteers will be ready to help fill your bottles or flasks as needed.
