SUGGESTED PARKING

We highly recommend that racers walk or ride to the race venue. There are several other events happening in the area on race day (i.e. rodeo, horseback riding, etc.) and parking in the area will be extremely limited.

Should you absolutely need to have your vehicle at the race venue, there will be options available at the Howelsen Hill main parking lot and along Howelsen Parkway. From downtown Steamboat, take the 5th Street Bridge over the river and turn right.

Once parking at the race venue is full, we will ask participants to find parking nearby.  Please know that most on-street parking in downtown Steamboat is limited to 2-3 hours.  However, you can find 8 hour parking in lots located at:

• 9th & Yampa (0.2 miles from race venue via 9th Street Core Trail Bridge)
• 8th & Yampa (0.4 miles from race venue via 9th Street Core Trail Bridge)
• 8th & Oak (0.5 miles from race venue via 9th Street Core Trail Bridge)
• Stockbridge Transit Center (1.1 miles from race venue via Yampa River Core Trail)
